Worldprofit Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: October 28, 2026
Welcome to Worldprofit, Inc. ("Worldprofit," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of https://worldprofit.com and related Worldprofit membership programs, website hosting, domain services, training resources, software applications, advertising tools, customer support services, and optional SMS account communications.
By purchasing, accessing, or using Worldprofit Services, customers agree to the applicable provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
Our optional SMS communication program requires separate, affirmative consent and is not a condition of purchasing or maintaining a Worldprofit membership.
1. Membership and Website License
Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, Worldprofit grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license (the "License") to use the website and related services provided under the customer's selected Worldprofit package.
The customer shall not sublicense, assign, transfer, or encumber the website or licensed services without authorization from Worldprofit.
2. License Term and Membership Duration
The term of the License shall be one year from the date the customer receives use of the website in the case of a full-year payment, or 30 days in the case of a month-to-month payment agreement.
The initial purchase of a Worldprofit Silver Membership Hosting and Training package is provided on a monthly term.
Other memberships, hosting packages, software products, advertising services, and promotional offers may have different terms as disclosed at the time of purchase.
3. Payment Authorization
The customer agrees to pay all amounts owing under the selected membership or service agreement.
For recurring subscription services, the customer authorizes Worldprofit and its designated payment processors to charge the applicable subscription fees according to the payment schedule accepted at the time of purchase.
Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and ensuring payments are made when due.
4. Overdue Payments
In the event that payments are not made on a timely basis, overdue amounts may bear interest at the rate of two percent (2%) per month, equivalent to 24% annually, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Failure to maintain required payments may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of services, subject to applicable law and the terms of the customer's agreement.
5. Taxes and Duties
In addition to amounts payable for Worldprofit Services, customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and other government-imposed charges arising from the purchase, licensing, possession, or operation of the Services.
6. Payment Deductions and Set-Off
Except where applicable law provides otherwise, customers shall not deduct or set off amounts against sums owing to Worldprofit under their agreements.
7. Collection and Enforcement Costs
If Worldprofit initiates legal proceedings to enforce payment or other obligations under an agreement, the customer may be responsible for applicable legal fees, collection expenses, and disbursements to the extent recoverable under the agreement and applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property and Website Ownership
The customer acknowledges that Worldprofit retains ownership of its proprietary websites, software, systems, technology, trademarks, and associated intellectual property rights, except where ownership is expressly assigned or otherwise established by a separate agreement.
Except for rights expressly granted under the applicable License, customers do not acquire ownership or other proprietary rights in Worldprofit's intellectual property.
Customers shall not dispute or interfere with Worldprofit's intellectual property rights or reproduce, resell, distribute, or exploit proprietary materials except as expressly permitted.
9. Technical Support
Worldprofit agrees to provide reasonable professional technical support from its trained staff during the applicable service term.
Technical assistance may be provided through support tickets, email, online support systems, live chat, or other communication channels made available by Worldprofit.
Optional SMS account notifications may also be available to customers who separately consent to receive such communications.
10. Service Availability and Limitations
Worldprofit endeavors to provide reliable website hosting, software, membership services, training, and customer support.
However, Worldprofit does not represent or warrant that any website, software application, or service will operate without interruption, satisfy every customer's requirements, or be entirely free from errors.
Services may depend on infrastructure, hardware, software, telecommunications systems, payment processors, and other third-party vendors outside Worldprofit's direct control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Worldprofit disclaims implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Worldprofit shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from service interruptions, loss of business profits, missed deliveries, loss of information, failure to realize expected savings, or other economic losses.
Subject to applicable law, Worldprofit's aggregate liability for a breach or default arising under the customer's License agreement shall not exceed the aggregate License fees paid by that customer to the date of the breach.
11. Website Hosting and Server Requirements
Where a Worldprofit package includes website hosting, the customer acknowledges that the applicable website may be hosted on Worldprofit-managed infrastructure during the License term.
Worldprofit will make reasonable efforts to maintain website accessibility through the internet, subject to scheduled maintenance, security requirements, service outages, and circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12. Internet Communications and Security
Customers acknowledge that communication and transmission of information over the internet can involve technical and security risks.
Worldprofit employs reasonable safeguards to protect customer information but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or completely secure transmissions through internet or telecommunications networks.
The collection, use, processing, and disclosure of customer personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
13. Customer Website and Advertising Content
Customers are solely responsible for content they publish, upload, distribute, advertise, or otherwise make available through their websites or Worldprofit services.
Customers shall not submit or distribute content that:
- Violates copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights
- Contains unlawful, defamatory, libelous, threatening, or harassing material
- Contains prohibited obscene or pornographic material
- Promotes fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities
- Distributes unsolicited electronic messages or unauthorized marketing communications
- Violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party service policies
- Attempts to obtain passwords, confidential information, or other personal data without authorization
Worldprofit does not necessarily review customer-submitted content before publication and does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of such content.
14. Customer Responsibility and Indemnification
Customers agree to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, and legislation relating to the use of their websites and Worldprofit Services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers agree to indemnify and hold Worldprofit harmless against claims, damages, expenses, and proceedings arising from unlawful customer activities, customer-submitted content, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
15. Membership Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of their membership or subscription in accordance with the cancellation requirements applicable to their service agreements.
Worldprofit's established cancellation procedure requires customers to submit a written support ticket through its official support system:
https://worldprofit.com/support
Cancellation requests should identify the membership or service being cancelled and provide sufficient information to verify the customer's identity and account.
Telephone calls, informal emails outside the support ticket system, or other communications do not ordinarily satisfy Worldprofit's prescribed cancellation procedure unless required otherwise by applicable law.
A chargeback or payment dispute does not, by itself, constitute a cancellation request under Worldprofit's stated procedure.
Monthly subscription charges may continue until a valid cancellation request is received and processed in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.
16. Refund Policy
Worldprofit provides services and digital products that may incur immediate costs for software licensing, advertising inventory, hosting resources, staff labor, training materials, and promotional incentives.
Under Worldprofit's established policy, customers purchasing monthly services, subscriptions, or software products are generally not entitled to refunds once the applicable service or product has been provided, except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the purchase offer.
Customers should review all product descriptions, billing terms, and renewal conditions before purchasing.
17. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If a subscription payment is declined, reversed, charged back, or otherwise rejected, Worldprofit may consider the event a breach of the customer's payment obligations.
Worldprofit may suspend or terminate the affected Services until payment obligations have been resolved.
Where permitted by applicable law, customers may be responsible for outstanding subscription fees and applicable payment processing, handling, or collection expenses.
Customers are encouraged to contact Worldprofit through its support system to resolve billing concerns.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory right to dispute a payment or pursue a remedy available under applicable law.
18. Early Termination
Where Worldprofit terminates a License before the end of its contractual term because of an Event of Default, the customer may remain responsible for amounts owing under the applicable agreement.
Under the original License provisions, such amounts may include outstanding License fees and the unpaid balance attributable to the remaining contractual term, subject to applicable law and enforceability requirements.
19. Events of Default
The following may constitute an Event of Default:
- Failure to comply with a material obligation under these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to make required payments
- Insolvency, bankruptcy proceedings, or similar financial events affecting contractual obligations
- Fraudulent or unlawful conduct associated with the Services
- Conduct that materially threatens Worldprofit's reputation, security, systems, or business operations
- Unauthorized use, resale, transfer, or exploitation of Worldprofit Services
- Repeated violations of Worldprofit's anti-spam or acceptable-use policies
20. Suspension and Termination of Services
Worldprofit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate Services where permitted by applicable law and where a customer breaches these Terms, engages in prohibited activities, fails to meet payment obligations, or creates significant security, legal, or operational risk.
Where a domain name is supplied from Worldprofit's own domain inventory, ownership and retention rights shall be governed by the applicable License or domain agreement.
Where practicable and appropriate, Worldprofit may notify customers of account suspension or termination through their registered email address, account notices, or other available communication methods.
21. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by applicable Canadian law and the laws of the Provinces of Alberta and Ontario, as provided in the applicable customer agreement and subject to mandatory legal protections.
Any disputes concerning these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable agreement and governing jurisdictional requirements.
22. Member Conduct and Acceptable Use
